At our 10/21 General Meeting, the Heritage NA Land Development Code Subcommittee presented the attached presentation to educate our members about the impact the proposed zoning code will have on our neighborhood. We looked at the code text, mapped uses, and shared visualizations of development scenarios from the working sessions held by city staff.
