Ann Bower, a longtime Heritage resident who lived in the historic Jacob Lesser home on West north of 34th Street, passed away in 2015. In addition to other philanthropic gifts, Anne left a generous bequest of $4.7 million to the Blanton Museum of Art. To recognize her and her contribution, the Blanton ran an article on Ann in the spring/summer 2017 issue of Articulate, its magazine for members.
