Officer elections, zoning, and historical structure conservation are some of the agenda items for Heritage Neighborhood Association’s annual meeting, slated for 7 PM, Mon. Feb. 4 in Pioneer Bank community room at 623 W 38th St. (the meeting room is accessible from the courtyard in back, near the parking garage entrance).
All residents and business owners in the boundaries of Heritage — 29th and 38th streets to the south and north, and Guadalupe and Lamar to the east and west — are invited to attend and to join the association.
