Join us Monday June 1 at 7 pm at the Lamar Senior Center (SE corner of 29th & Lamar) for the next Heritage Neighborhood Association general meeting. Please spread the word to your neighbors, especially those who have recently moved here and may not be on the email list.
The agenda is being fleshed out but will include:
– 34th & King St parcel: on Friday Cater Joseph let us know that he sold the land to another developer, Dino Longi, who plans to build five single-family homes on the lot. Members of the Heritage steering committee will meet with Dino next week to learn more and give an update at the meeting.
– Pioneer Bank & parking garage project: we’ll give an update on a proposed Pioneer bank, drive-through, and parking garage in the old Marimont cafeteria lot on 38th Street.
